All MERCURIOUS DESIGNS items are bespoke, made by hand to order and may take a week or so to be prepared for shipment. We strive to fulfill your order using the best gemstones available as quickly as possible. Please also note that due to the handmade nature of our creations, the gemstones used will not be exactly the same as those in the photos. If you have any special preference in terms of size, shape and colour please request when you order. After your payment has cleared and your order is completed at checkout you will receive an automated invoice by email. We truly appreciate your support for our designs. If any issues arise with your order, we will communicate with you immediately and work to resolve it. In addition to this website, most items you see on the official MERCURIOUS DESIGNS Instagram, Facebook and Pinterest are available for purchase. If you can’t find something on our website, please contact us at info@mercuriousdesigns.com.

REFUNDS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want our customers to be happy! If the item you ordered is not to your liking we will replace it with another item at our discretion, postage costs being bourne by the customer.  If you believe you have received a defective product, please contact info@mercuriousdesigns.com within 3 days of receipt of your order.

SHIPPING, TAXES AND DUTIES

All shipping rates are calculated through Express Mail. Courier service is available for expedited shipping, at the couriers rate. We are not responsible for international taxes and duties, that is the sole responsibility of the customer. In the event of a return or exchange the taxes, duties and shipping fees will not be refunded.
