Libyan Dragon

This Chinese style dragon is carved from a huge piece of tektite, called Libyan Desert Glass that was formed when a giant meteor exploded above the Saharan desert fusing the sand to stone. Cleopatra had a piece of jewellery carved from this material into a scarab.
